The company works everyday to offer its customers the best products, as the result of a selection of manufacturing that best express the excellence of the territory. Everything is handmade, according to tradition (but with an attention to the modern international taste) by the best pastry chefs.
Our mission
Positano Forno e Cremeria is an Italian company interested in enhancing our products quality and uniqueness in an innovative way, always directed to satisfy the most demanding palates. Our mission is to develop the territory excellence, represented by the highest quality ingredients and the local business realities with which we choose to collaborate. We privilege the artisan work in order that our sweet or savory bakery products represent everytime a moment of delight. Our goal, for which we work everyday with perseverance, is that every product of “Positano Forno and Cremeria” is evocative of an emotion: we want our Neapolitan tarallo to suggest the scent of freshly baked bread; also, we want our Sicilian cannoli ti suggest the bright colors of a Sicilian pastry; finally, we want our jam tart, eaten at breakfast with the family, to awake the memory of those childhood afternoons in which the grandmother used to knead the shortcrust pastry on the floured table, flooding the house with a sweet scent.
